Randy L. Crossno, CCIM

Principal Broker – Partner

Randy L. Crossno, CCIM is the Principal Broker, founder and Managing Member of Capstone Commercial Advisors, a regional commercial brokerage and asset management firm located in NW Arkansas. Randy is also the founder and Managing Member of Cross Capital Ventures, a real estate investment and development firm that specializes in retail, office, and mixed use projects across the United States.

Randy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Tennessee. He holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, is a member of the Retail Christian Network, and the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is also a graduate of Sam M. Walton’s Institute of Retail.

Prior to starting Capstone, Randy worked as a broker with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage. He has spent over 20 years serving retailers like Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Bass Pro Shops to formulate and execute some of the largest and most intricate expansion and disposition strategies in the retail industry.

Randy now brings his experience to Capstone Commercial Advisors.

James Kirby, CCIM, M.B.A., M.R.I.C.S

Senior Global Advisor

James Kirby, CCIM, M.B.A., M.R.I.C.S. is a commercial real estate consultant specializing in global retail advice. He received a Bachelor of Science with Honors degree in Valuation and Estate Management from the University of the West of England. James was awarded a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Pittsburg State University, winning the Outstanding MBA award. He holds the accreditation of Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Since 1995, James has led greenfield, brownfield and urban real estate projects across Europe and in the US. He has worked in over 13 countries, managed a €1bn+ Luxembourg domiciled REIT - producing an IRR return to investors of 21.3%, asset managed 2.2m sq.ft. of specialist retail property and made real estate acquisitions of over €300m. He has also been the project manager of multiple million Euro construction projects. James has been instrumental in devising site selection strategies for various retail and brand clients including Ecco Shoes and Playtex Sara Lee and ranking and selecting shopping center sites and acquisitions using demographic, GIS and revenue calculations.

During his career James has worked for a global investment manager, at a small boutique practice and for international consultancies. As a Chartered Surveyor he has had wide experience covering Strategic Property Advice, Fund Management, Site Selection, Investment Modeling, Acquisition and Disposal of Investment Property, Asset Management, Landlord & Tenant relations and Lease Restructuring, Development Management and Valuations (appraisal).

Michele Hampton

Residential Advisor

Michele Hampton is a seasoned real estate advisor licensed in the State of Arkansas. She is a member of the Rogers Board of Realtors, the Arkansas Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors. As a graduate of Central Michigan University, Michele brings to Capstone her knowledge, experience and motivation to assist our team and clients with their real estate objectives.

As a person who has moved from one home to another and one state to another, I know how difficult it can be to make those important decisions at such a stressful time in your life. My goal is to make that transition run as smooth and stress free as possible. I have worked in both Benton and Washington counties in Northwest Arkansas. Jeff Justis

Commercial Advisor

Jeff Justis brings a strong background in commercial real estate valuation, analysis and planning to the Capstone team. Jeff holds Bachelors degrees from the University of Arkansas in both Economics and Political Science. A Certified General Appraiser with more than 8 years experience in the Northwest Arkansas market he is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute working towards an MAI designation. Jeff recently retired from the United States Air Force, where he served as a transportation and logistics officer with the Air National Guard for more than 20 years. He most recently served as a senior logistics analyst and planner for United States Central Command while stationed in Kuwait.

Trish Thompson

Comptroller

Trish Thompson has joined Capstone Commercial as Comptroller. She brings a broad knowledge of Title, Mortgage Finance, as well as Construction Permitting and Entitlement to enhance and support our services.
